FAQs
Where do you service?
We service the entire Gold Coast region and Northern NSW. We can travel from Yatala, all the way down to Lismore NSW.
Do you install machines?
Yes we install coffee machines and equipment. Installs are our favourite as we can get you all set up correctly from day one.
Are you licensed?
All our technicians are fully licensed electricians. Rest assured, knowing you’re in safe hands.
Can I call after hours?
We work long days on-the-road, so it's vital we stay sharp and focused through weekend rest & rejuvenation.
Our data shows most faults that occur on a weekend are non-urgent, meaning they can be fixed on Monday.
The callouts for major breakdowns over a weekend are tiny (less than 5%).
This is good news! Because our mission is to keep your equipment running at peak performance, through quality equipment servicing and support.
Good preventive maintenance servicing means you're not worried about equipment failure.
But if you need our techs, leave us a message or email and we'll prioritise you Monday morning.
As we recruit more technicians, we may bring back weekend on-calls in the future.
Do you sell coffee beans?
We don’t sell beans, but if you visit our Showroom, we’ll recommend our local favourites.
Do you fix home machines?
We only service select home machine brands (NOT Breville or Delonghi).
