#1 - They're fully licensed
D.I.Y and unlicensed repairs are the start of every horror story. Sadly, we hear them too often and so we want to put the warning out to the community. Cafe owners should be aware of the safety and legal risks.
What if the technician got hurt… What if your employee working the machine got hurt… What if the machine caught fire… Will your insurance payout? If the technician isn’t licensed, you can kiss your business goodbye.
The bottom line: If you’re working with coffee machines, you should hold an electrician license. It’s Australian law.
